Hi Felix I've seen similar questions over at the thread on Gearslutz. Steven has requested pms over there and certainly fixed some of the outstanding issues. You might want to check it out ...

I have SSD 3.X and i want to upgrade to SSD4 so normally i can buy SSD 4 for 149$ , right ?

So on this link http://crossgrade.drumclassroom.net/ i select steeven slate drums 3.x platinium and i wrote my email and i received a coupon in a email :

Dear Customer,
Thank you for upgrading to Steven Slate Drums 4.0 Platinum. Please use the following unique coupon code at the Steven Slate Drums 4.0 STORE to get the upgrade discount for the Platinum version: XXXXXXXXXXXXX. The coupon will only work for Platinum, and will expire on January 20th. If you have any questions or problems, please email support at http://www.slatedigital.com/support

My question is what do i do with this coupon ?

Your video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dB-743Oi1TI is exactly what i search.

But now, do i need to enter my password to buy the software? because i lost my account password ?
